Display your preferred "AGE FROM" for Kids classes

Many teachers only teach children from a certain age.  For example, I (Jake) only teach kids over 10 years old.  For this reason we have updated our sign up pages on GetStudents.net  so teachers can specify the youngest age of students they prefer to teach.  If no age is selected BUT "Children's Classes" checkbox is checked this minimum age defaults to 5 years old.   Also, students using any of our advanced search pages can now to search for childrens teachers based on this starting age.     This will help both teachers and students get better introductions.
