Sign up & Edit Form Enhancements

We are in the ongoing process of simplifying the teacher sign up procedure to make it easier and less time consuming for teachers. This upgrade gets rid of some outdated questions and items in the sign up form that were there too long and makes some of the questions easier to answer. This will also make editing your existing profile faster too. Hope it helps!
